Our users earn through donations from their followers, subscriptions to private channels, paid digital content and physical products. 60k+ creators are already actively using Tribute, incl. many well-known names and bloggers with large audiences. And that number keeps growing every day!

Role Overview

Now we're looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our incredible team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and ship product features end-to-end, from 0→1.
• Drive and test design hypotheses and deeply polish stable modules.
• Conduct research, user flows, JTBD interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, and basic analytics.
• Think systemically across user journeys and contribute to the design system.
• Work closely with product, dev, and analytics teams.
• Ensure high-quality implementation — design doesn't end in Figma.
• Lead a small team of designers and share best practices.
• Work on a new product — the advertising platform.

We Expect You To:

• Have 5+ years in full-cycle product design (SaaS, e-commerce, etc.).
• Have led 1–2 designers or design initiatives.
• Be a Figma power user.
• Be proactive, structured, and fast from idea to result.
