Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a global PR manager in a fast-paced environment, with a keen understanding of the blockchain and crypto space. This role demands strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to engage and grow relationships within the web3 editorial community. You will help drive brand visibility and positive perception for TOP, our portfolio companies, and our initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Press Release Creation & Distribution: Write, distribute, and pitch press releases, announcements, and updates to communicate company milestones and portfolio project developments.
- Content Development: Create engaging content for the web and social media to drive awareness and credibility for TOP and our portfolio companies.
- Strategic PR Planning: Develop and execute PR strategies that elevate the profiles of TOP and its portfolio companies, promoting new features, product developments, and industry innovations.
- Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in tech, software, and crypto to secure positive media coverage.
- Event & Conference Participation: Manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to boost TOP’s visibility and thought leadership within the Web3 space.
- Media CRM & KPI Tracking: Maintain a CRM of media contacts and use it to drive targeted engagement that supports PR KPIs, such as brand visibility, portfolio coverage, and awareness of new initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and manage communication with users, investors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure transparent, consistent messaging.
- Industry Monitoring: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant media coverage, using insights to adjust strategies and identify proactive media engagement opportunities.
- Feedback Coordination: Monitor user feedback across various channels and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and improve product experiences.
