We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the TOP team and help drive growth across our organization and portfolio projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead your product area with full ownership and responsibility for its success.
• Identify growth opportunities and define product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, iterating based on key performance metrics and user feedback.
• Monitor product performance, leveraging data and customer insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, applying data-driven approaches to optimize outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on product vision, strategy, and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
