Our portfolio project TonTech is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Project Manager to streamline our operations and manage the effective delivery of our projects. This role is supposed to take load off the Head of TonTech by handling incoming requests, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring project execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Coordination: Oversee various projects, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of TonTech.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among different teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage available resources (time of the engineers most of the time), adjusting as needed to meet project demands.
• Process Implementation: Scale the current team and develop robust processes to enhance productivity and meet deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with the definition of done and project success criteria are consistently met.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in tech or blockchain environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
